Talent Scout / Recruitment SDR - Get Paid for Every Win !

This isn't a traditional recruiting role. It's a phone-first position where your paycheck reflects exactly how hard you work.

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, moves fast, and gets genuine satisfaction from hitting targets. If you thrive on momentum and like seeing your efforts directly rewarded, keep reading.

What you'll actually do:

• Reach out to candidates daily, follow up consistently, and move them through the pipeline

• Run fast, structured screening calls in Spanish and English

• Make sure candidates meet the must-haves and help them get their docs in order

• Keep everything updated in our ATS

• Hand off qualified candidates with a short summary and collect your bonus

Who this is for:

You're comfortable on the phone and don't mind a full day of conversations. You stay organized when things are moving fast. You work well independently and you like knowing that the more you deliver, the more you earn.

No sales pressure, no cold selling. Just people skills, consistency, and follow-through.

✔ Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English (you'll use both, daily)

• 1+ year in recruiting, sales, or any phone-heavy role

• Self-directed and structured, you don't need someone checking in on you

• Available within European working hours

💰 Compensation

• Base: $5/hr, expected load is around 2 hours per day

• Bonus: starts at $10 for your first qualified candidate presented, then $20 for the second, $30 for the third, and keeps climbing from there

The more candidates you move through, the faster the bonus grows. It rewards people who build rhythm and keep delivering, not just one-off wins.

⏱ Schedule:
Flexible, within European afternoon working hours. Minimum 2 hours per day.
